The kitchen has everything needed for a pleasant cooking experience including all new appliances - (2) fridges, stove, microwave, toaster and the ever popular dishwasher. There is an eating area off the rec room to seat 6 as well as a formal dining room to seat 8 in comfort. |

The cottage consists of 4 bedrooms and a bunkie which can sleep a total of 12 people. There are 3 bathrooms including one with a jacuzzi and a laundry area with a washer / dryer for your laundering convenience. |

There is also a shore patio area which will surely become the favored venue as the sun begins to set and Mother Nature paints one of those spectacular northern sunsets. Twelve Mile Lake is part of a 3 lake chain and there is a marina for all your boat service needs. The Hwy. 35 corridor is nearby making it an easy hours drive to the Algonquin Park area. This cottage is also within 10 minutes of Minden and the Village of Haliburton is an easy 20 minutes away. |
