The main floor is topped off by a nicely furnished
and very spacious sun room which we are sure
will become the venue of choice in the summertime when the windows are open and the warm summer breezes are are in evidence. This room comes
with a sofa, a couple of easy chairs, a table and additional chairs for dining, card playings or
the ever popular communal cottage jigsaw puzzle.

Outside

Outside is every bit as good as the inside with a nice level lot, great view of 12 Mile Lake which is part of a 3 lake chain, large dock and a nice gradual entry into the water with a beautiful sandy bottom.
There is a marina nearby for all your boating needs and the cottage comes
with a row boat with oars and a canoe for your on water enjoyment.
In addition there is a fire pit and nice level lawn for all those lawn games.





This extensive holiday package rents for only 

$ 2500 per week

Responsible pet owners welcome and
