The well designed kitchen comes with marble top counters, exquisite cabinetry, a fridge, built in counter top stove, convection oven and microwave, toaster and coffee maker as well as an island food prep area. Just off the kitchen there is a large harvest table with seating for 6 and there are 4 stools at the counter in the kitchen. |

| The spacious master bedroom comes with a large, queen size 4 poster bed, chest of drawers, a rocking chair and an en suite bathroom with a large soaker tub. |

| Bedroom 2 also features a queen size bed and in the loft area there is a queen size sofa bed if needed. On the main level there is a second bathroom with stand up shower and which also houses a full laundry facility. |

In the lower level there is a rec room with a sofa, 2 chairs and an ottoman, a television with DVD and satellite reception as well as another sleeping area with a twin size bed and a set of single bunks. |

Outside

This cottage is on a half acre of property which of course includes this outstanding cottage. Twelve Mile Lake is actually part of a 3 lake chain with Little Boshkung and Big Boshkung Lakes and Wedgewood Marina on 12 Mile Lake will be able to serve all your snowmobile needs. The Villages of Minden and Haliburton are close by which feature quaint shops, large food stores, restaurants, service stations, banking, pharmacies, LCBO and beer stores, live entertainment and health care if needed at hospitals in both villages. And Sir Sam's Ski Area is a half hour drive from the cottage.
