This fine 3 bedroom cottage is back for another season.
The nicely furnished living room comes with sofa, chairs and TV/VCR/DVD.


The well equipped kitchen comes with a fridge, stove, microwave
toaster, blender, coffee maker, water dispenser and dishwasher.
Just off the kitchen there is a dining table to seat 6 in comfort.


There are 3 nicely furnished bedrooms with two queen size and 2 single size beds.
There is also a full 4 piece bath for your convenience.


In the lower level there is a fully furnished rec room with sofa, table, chairs,
air hockey game and wood burning stove for your enjoyment.

Outside

The cottage is great inside and outside is superb as well. Outside there is a full width
furnished deck with table, 8 chairs and propane barbeque. This cottage is easily accessable from Hwy 35 and Hwy 118 and is within 15 minutes of both Haliburton Village and Minden.
Sir Sam's Ski Area is an easy 15 minute drive from the cottage.
