The cottage is great inside and the vista outside is just what you'd expect from the
beautiful Haliburton Highlands. Outside there is a full width furnished deck with table,
plenty of seating, and a propane barbecue. The property is relatively flat for lawn games
and the shoreline features a great gradual entry, child safe beach for the little ones. In
addition there is a dock
and a row boat with oars as well as a canoe and 2 kayaks for your on the water pleasure.
This cottage is easily accessible from Hwy 35 and Hwy 118 and is within 15 minutes of
both Haliburton Village and Minden. The Township Offices, 1 km west, features tennis & pickleball courts, childrens playground, covered pavilion area for picnics and and there is
an EV charging station as well. There is also township water available, so bring your water containers and don't forget the local farmers market every Friday during the summer months.
