This newly listed cottage is on a new lake for WRD and we must say, we are impressed !!! |

The cottage is knotty pine, tongue and groove or paneling throughout including the living room. There is a sofa and 3 chairs as well as a wood stove, a TV /VCR / DVD with satellite dish as well as a radio, stereo, cassette, CD player for all your viewing and listening pleasure. |

The knotty pine kitchen comes with a fridge, stove, microwave, toaster and coffee maker. There is a dining area just off the kitchen and there is certainly additional places to eat in the sun room and on the deck. |

The cottage now has 3 bedrooms with a queen, a double and a set of single bunks. In addition there is an attractive 3 piece bathroom with stand up shower. |

And last but not least is a large, bright, comfortably furnished sun room which will surely become the favored room in the cottage. There is lots of seating and a table for cards, crafts or eating if you so wish. There is a lower level to this cottage not pictured here but certainly a place for the kids to play if the weather takes a turn. |

Blue Hawk Lake is a smaller lake which is strategically located about 15 minutes from Haliburton Village which makes this cottage near the hub of activity in the village with many shops to visit, large food stores, restaurants, beer store, LCBO, hospital, pharmacies and entertainment throughout throughout the winter. If snowmobiling or cross country skiing is your passion, there are many excellent trails throughout the area. And if you are looking for downhill skiing, Sir Sam's Ski Area is within a half hour drive of the cottage. give WRD a call to reserve your winter vacation time.
