The living room includes plenty of seating on an over sized sectional sofa. There is a
propane stove and a TV / VCR / DVD and satellite dish for your viewing pleasure.

We don't usually have this many pictures of a kitchen but this on is so well designed, we had to feature the kitchen as one of the best rooms in the cottage. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, stove,
oven, microwave, toaster, blender, coffee maker and the dishwasher will have the lady of the
house jumping for joy. Serving the meal is simply passing the meal over the kitchen
counter to a large harvest table which seats eight in comfort. Just off the kitchen
there is a sitting area where guests can sit to keep the
chef company during the meal preparation.

This cottage has 3 bedrooms to sleep 10 when you include the 2 sofa beds which are available if needed.
In addition there are 2 bathrooms and a laundry room for all your laundry needs.

There is a lower basement area which is unfinished at this point but there is a
shuffleboard game for your enjoyment in this area.

Outside

This cottage is conveniently located off Hwy 35 just north of the intersection of Hwy 118 and 35 making for an easy
15 minute drive to either Minden or Haliburton Village where you will find major food stores, shops and entertainment. Sir Sam's Ski Area is an easy 20 minute drive from the cottage and local snowmobile trails are nearby as well as the the trans Canada trail.
