a major part in your vacation during the evening hours. |

This 3/4 acre property and cottage is situated on the western shore of beautiful Boshkung Lake which is part of a three lake chain with Little Boshkung and 12 Mile Lake. For those families who are into power boating, there is a marina on 12 Mile Lake for all your boating needs. The cottage is an easy 15 minute drive from Carnarvon and Minden is an additional 15 minutes. If you are looking for more substantial shopping, the Village of Haliburton is within a half hour of the cottage where you will find major food stores, shops, bars, restaurants and live entertainment. If golf is your passion, there are several quality golf courses within the Haliburton Highlands. And don't forget your fishing gear as there are over 600 lakes in the Haliburton Highlands. The outside needs little explanation with a great furnished deck with comfortable seating and table and off the lower level there is a very comfortable stone patio with wicker furniture and a propane barbeque. As you can see the beach is exceptional, very child safe and ready for a great vacation. The depth of the beach will vary from the beginning of the summer and into August due to the draw down but rest assured that the swimming will be great during the entire summer and beyond. |
