This cottage is on Boshkung Lake which is part of a 3 lake chain with Little Boshkung and 12 Mile Lake.



The living room comes with a sofa, an easy chair and several other chairs for your lounging pleasure.
In addition there is a television with VCR / DVD for your video viewing pleasure.

The kitchen comes equipped
with a fridge, stove, microwave, toaster and coffee maker. This is
an eat-in kitchen and there is additional dining space at the
end of the living room.

This cottage has 3 bedrooms with double beds and there is a 3 piece washroom for your convenience. Please note that there is a tub
but no shower,

Outside

This cottage is situated on a rise above the lake which makes for a very nice view from the cottage and various spots around the property. There are about 10 steps to the lake where there is a dock and row boat for your on water pleasure. There is a gradual entry from a rocky shoreline with a sofa bottom. Fishing is good for bass and trout and there is a marina on 12 mile lake for all your boating needs which is accessible from Boshkung Lake. In addition, there is a fire pit and a propane barbeque for the family chef. The small Village of Carnarvon is nearby with a convenience store, service station and a few restaurants. If you are looking for more substantial shopping the villages of Minden and Haliburton are about another 20 minutes where there are quaint shops, restaurants, live entertainment, theatre, pharmacies, banking and health care as both villages have hospitals.
