The main cottage has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms for your convenience. The bed sizes include 2 queens, a double and 2 twin size.

The unfinished rec room is just fine all the same with a wood burning stove, another television with VCR and satellite reception, sofa and chairs, an exercise bike and a ping pong table and dart board. The ping pong table converts to a pool table so there is much to do in this lower level. |

And what executive rental cottage would be without a quality sunroom for your lounging enjoyment. This room includes a love seat, a couple of chairs and a table for cards and puzzles if you wish. |

This delightful accommodation is situated on the famous 5 lake chain of Haliburton County. As such, this cottage is easily accessible from all directions and it is appropriate for mature students attending the Haliburton School of Art. As you exit the cottage from the main level, there is a good size furnished deck with comfortable chairs for your lounging pleasure. In addition, there is a separate barbeque deck for your convenience. From the lower level there is an exit from the rec room to a spacious patio which is a plus if the weather is inclement. From the patio there is a set of stone stairs to the lower level of the property where the bunkie and dock is located. This cottage is between Haliburton Village and Minden, which makes for a easy drive for supplies. Both Minden and Haliburton have quaint shops, restaurants, large food stores, pharmacies, banking, live entertainment and health care in both villages.
