This is a cottage with 3 levels and the middle level consists of the living room and kitchen with a double sided fireplace which services both areas.
The living room pictured above is an older section of the cottage which originally was a turn of the century farm house made of large logs which gives you that warm and cozy feeling as you enjoy the large screen television with VCR, DVD and satellite reception. |

The well equipped eat-in country kitchen is in the newer section of the cottage and comes complete with outstanding cabinetry, fridge, stove, microwave, toaster, blender, coffee maker and dishwasher. |

| As you make your way up the well constructed and easy to navigate circular stairs, you enter a loft area which overlooks the living room and which contains a double bed. Just beyond the loft there is an entrance to the Master Bedroom which is dominated by a superb four poster queen size bed as well as an antique wash basin stand and a large hutch which doubles as a chest of drawers for all your belongings. The master bedroom also includes an attractive en suite 2 piece bathroom for your convenience. |

| In the lower level there is yet another bedroom with queen size bed and a rec room with a double futon if needed as well as a table for cards and board games or perhaps the ever popular jigsaw puzzle in progress. Or you can try your hand at a competitive game of darts. Convenience is everywhere so there is another bathroom with shower on this level when needed. |

We apologize for the quality of the exterior pictures because we have taken this cottage on during the winter and had to use pictures supplied by the cottage owner which were copies of copies but nevertheless, they give you a good idea about this outstanding property and the possibilities for a fine vacation. There is an exit from the cottage on the lower level or down a flight of stairs from the mid level deck to the property which is flat from the cottage to the shore which encourages you to enjoy your popular lawn games. There is a regulation concrete shuffle board on the property which each and every renter seems to enjoy greatly. In addition as you make your way to the lakefront, there is a fire pit for those popular evening marshmallow roasts. At the shoreline there is a real nice shore deck with canvas gazebo for some protection from the sun if needed. There is also a good size dock where your row boat and paddle boat await for your on water pleasure. This cottage on Chemong Lake is just outside the city of Peterborough but it seems far removed from the hustle and bustle of the city but the city is there when you need it and unlike many cottages we represent, you can have your pizza delivered directly to the cottage if you wish. Chemong Lake is a large lake so if you wish to bring along your own boat and motor, we are sure you will enjoy fishing for the bass, trout and muskie which call Lake Chemong home. If golf is your passion, there are several fine courses within Peterborough to test your skill and you are close to all your needs such as large food store, restaurants, service stations and health care.
