The modern kitchen has a fridge, stove, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker and a large food
prep area.
There is a dining area just off the kitchen with seating for 4 to 6 if needed. |

There is a loft sleeping area which has a queen size bed and a couple of single mattresses or you can sleep downstairs on the queen size sofa bed in the living room. There are additional air mattresses if needed. |

When I visited this cottage to take the pictures you see here, I sat on the deck for an hour enjoying the absolute silence with the exception of the occasional bird or little critter rustling in the leaves. The view and silence alone is worth the price of admission but if you are into exploring, Mother Nature provides 342 acres of diversity from wetlands to forests, to creeks, cliffs, waterfalls, elevated forested lookouts and trails throughout the property. Truly a piece of Nature's Paradise and a naturalist's delight !!! The fact that this wilderness reserve and cabin exists a short 10 minute drive from West Guilford is amazing. The property has been left in a natural state except for the trails, a great fire pit, a dock and a swim platform. The fishing is outstanding for small mouth bass and we ask that you catch and release. During the shoulder seasons there is plenty of wood to keep you warm and toasty.
