The kitchen with granite counters comes equipped with a fridge, stove, microwave, toaster oven, toaster, blender and coffee maker. There is a dining area just off the kitchen which seats 3 or 4 and there is a bench picnic table at the end of the living room which can seat 4 more. |

The master bedroom has a double size bed and the is a large en suite bathroom with a huge soaker tub, vanity, toilet and bidet for your convenience. |

| There are 2 additional bedrooms with a 3/4 size bed in one and a queen size in the other. There is also a sofa hide-a-bed in the living room if needed. In addition there is another 3 piece bathroom as well. |

There is a screened in sun room with 6 chairs and a table as well as a nice view of Clear Lake through the trees. This may become your favorite room in the cottage. |

Outside

This cottage is a new listing on a new lake for WRD Cottage Rental and we are proud to represent this fine property. As you exit the cottage there is a nice deck with 5 chairs for your lounging pleasure. In addition there is a propane barbeque for the executive chef of the family. As you make your way down a well worn path to the lake you come to a very nice shoreline with many chairs, a fire pit for those evening sing alongs and a dock where you will find your canoe and paddleboat. If you have young children, there is a small area close to shore where there is a nice sandy bottom where they can play with supervision. If you are in need of supplies, this cottage is within 20 minutes of the Village of Minden where there are major food stores, quaint shops, a butcher, restaurants, service stations, theatre, banking, pharmacy, health care at the local hospital, Kawartha Dairy Ice Cream Store and even a Tim Horton's if you need a doughnut fix.
