The kitchen is really neat with a fridge, stove, microwave, toaster oven, toaster, blender and coffee maker. There is a dining area just off the kitchen which can seat 8 and there are 4 stools at the kitchen counters to seat 4 more. |

The cottage has 3 bedrooms with three queen size beds and there is a three piece bathroom with stand up shower for your convenience. |

This cottage sits on a rise above the lake which affords a really nice view of Clement Lake from the decks. The decks are large and well furnished with plenty of seating and of course a propane barbeque for the fresh air gourmet chef of the family. There is a well constructed flight of 30 stairs to the dock where you have a large shore deck and dock with a good ladder and your row boat with oars. If you wish to bring your own motor, this row boat will handle a 9 and a 1/2 horsepower motor because you may want to try the fishing for bass and trout in Clement Lake. In addition, there is a swim platform moored off shore for your swimming and tanning delight. Supplies are readily available in the town of Wilberforce which is only 5 minutes from the cottage and where there is a large food store, banking, a convenience store, beer store, LCBO, service station and restaurant. Health care and more substantial shopping is available in Haliburton Village which is a half hour drive from the cottage.
