have been excited about getting this cottage for
some time because it is our type of cottage. |

The living room comes with comfy sofas and chairs, a wood burning stove and a quality entertainment centre with TV/VCR, DVD player, radio, cassette and CD player. |

country kitchen includes a fridge, stove, microwave, toaster oven. blender and coffeemaker
as well as all the dishes, utensils, pots and pans that you will need.
There is a cozy dining area just off the kitchen for your eating pleasure.

as well as a 3 piece bathroom for your convenience. |

Outside

Outside you will surely enjoy the full width furnished deck with table, chairs and propane barbeque for the Chef de Sunset. There is also a small porch off the upper level for your private early morning coffee. At the water's edge there is a shore deck for lounging and having a quiet drink as you watch the world goes by. Beyond the shore deck there is a 27 foot dock with canoe and row boat for your on water pleasure. In addition there is a floating raft for your sunning and swimming enjoyment. And, don't forget your fishing gear because this is a good fishing lake for bass and muskie. This cottage is conveniently located off Country Road 6 half way between Eagle Lake Village and West Guilford and convenient to wilderness trails, fine dining, golf and a variety of other activities. Haliburton Village is only 15 minutes away. |
