The
comfortable, bright, well-furnished, cathedral living room includes
sofas, chairs, wood burning stone fireplace, TV / VCR / DVD with a satellite
dish, stereo with CD and cassette player and a commanding view of Crystal
Lake.

The
well designed kitchen includes a modern stainless steel dishwasher,
fridge, and stove as well as microwave coffee maker, toaster, blender,
breakfast griddles, waffle maker, professionally designed and organized
cabinetry and a spacious food preparation area.

This
cottage, on it's own, has 4 bedrooms with pine ceilings. In
total it sleeps 9 people in
3 queen size, 1 single, and a set of single bunk beds. In addition, there is a bunkie (pictured above), a private sleeping cabin only which has a queen size bed. There are 2 bathrooms (one 4 piece and one 3 piece) for your convenience. Additionally, there is a laundry room with washer and dryer and an additional fridge for your use if needed. In addition there is a furnished playroom for the kids in the lower level for those inclement days when the kids are looking for a place to play. |

Outside

The
outside actually starts inside with a spacious screened in furnished
sun room with comfortable seating, another television and a crafts or card table for your
lounging enjoyment. There is a substantial furnished, child safe deck with plenty of chairs and a serious propane barbeque for the Chef de Whispering Pines. This panoramic flat property consists of about an acre of space and about 450 feet of shoreline. For uninterrupted sunshine, one can enjoy a morning coffee with sunrise on the dock, move along to the grassy point for lunch and afternoon leisure and finally enjoy a beautiful Crystal Lake sunset from happy hour until sunset on the west-facing deck over the water's edge. Because this property is on a point, there is 270 degree view of Crystal Lake from inside the cottage. A rowboat and canoe are dockside for your on water pleasure made easy with a gradual entry sandy bottom shoreline. As the summer progresses, a beach appears as the draw down proceeds. Typically, at the beginning of July, there is about 3 feet of water at the shoreline, dropping gradually to sandy beach by the end of August. One can easily wade a few feet to deeper water, fabulous for water enthusiasts or at the point one can wade out 200 feet on a rock shoal. This property is obviously a swimmers delight for young and old alike. |
