Bedrooms 2 and 3 come with single bunk beds which the kids enjoy. Bedroom 4 also has a set of bunks with a double bottom and a single size top as well as another single if needed. Bedroom 5 is a spacious accommodation with a double bed, end tables and plenty of light so you can catch up with your reading. |

The outside actually starts inside with a delightful screened in sunroom for your lounging pleasure. We think that this room will rapidly become the gathering point for the family especially in the early morning or after the sun goes down. This room has plenty of comfortable lounge chairs, rockers and there is a table and chairs for that family board game or crafts session. If darts is your game, there is a dart board for your enjoyment. |

Outside

As nice as the inside is, the outside is what vacations are all about and Crystal Lake is one of the prettiest lakes in Cottage Country. Just outside the sunroom there is extensive decking with many chairs and tables for your lounging pleasure. The property at the cottage level is flat which is great for those lawn games the kids enjoy. In addition there is equipment for badminton, volleyball and a basketball hoop. The little ones will have a great time at the fire pit for those evening marshmallow roasts and sing alongs. There is a well constructed path to the shoreline where you will find an extensive dock and furnished shore deck. This amazing rental comes with a rowboat, canoe, paddleboat and kayak for your on water pleasure. Crystal Lake is a boaters delight with islands and many bays to explore. There is a marina on Crystal Lake and some great fishing for walleye, whitefish, lake trout and of course bass. There is a boat launch at the dam just off Crystal Lake road if you decide to bring your own boat. The cottage is a short drive to Kinmount and if you wish more substantial shopping, Bobcaygeon is an easy half hour drive.
