Bedrooms 2 and 3 come with single bunk beds which the kids enjoy. Bedroom 4 also has a set of bunks with a double bottom and a single size top as well as another single if needed. Bedroom 5 is a spacious accommodation with a double bed, end tables and plenty of light so you can catch up with your reading. |

Including the master ensuite, there are a total of 3 bathrooms for your convenience in the cottage with bathroom 3 doubling as a bathroom and laundry room for all your laundry needs. |

Downstairs there is a spacious rec room with yet another television, VCR and satellite dish, comfortable seating for seven and when the competitive spirit moves you there is a super foosball game and air hockey for your recreational pleasure. |

Outside
|
As nice as the inside is, the outside is what vacations are all about and Crystal Lake is one of the prettiest lakes
in Cottage Country. Just outside the sunroom there is extensive decking with many chairs and tables for your lounging pleasure. The property at the cottage level is flat which is great for the kids to enjoy. And don't forget the fire pit for those evening marshmallow roasts and sing alongs. Crystal Lake is a snowmobilers delight with a marina and access to the Twin Mountains Snowmobile Club groomed tails. Twin Mountains Snowmobile Club has 158 KMs of
groomed trails centrally located between the Kawartha Lakes S.C. , Buckhorn and Haliburton trails. You have access to 50,000 KMS of Ontario Federation Of Snowmobile Club groomed trails. The Twin Mountains trails include a section of the E108 trail of the Southern Ontario portion of the Trans Ontario Provincial (TOP) system. The groomed trails take you through wooded areas where wild life abounds. The view from the lookout on Tyes Mountain is a must on your tour. The cottage is a short drive to Kinmount and if you wish more substantial shopping, Bobcaygeon is an easy half hour drive.
