Outside

Situated on a gem of a lake called Diamond Lake (sorry I couldn't resist) this cottage sits on a rise above the lake which allows for a great view of the bay. As you exit the cottage there is a furnished deck with built in seating as well as a table chairs and umbrella and a couple of loungers to sit on and watch the family chef do his magic at the propane barbeque. Just off the deck you will find a dandy metal fire pit for those popular marshmallow roasts. As you make your way down to the lake using steps along a well worn path, you come to your dock and furnished shore deck and your own kayak and paddleboat for your on water pleasure. Swimming is best off the dock. If you are in need of supplies, the Village of Bancroft is an easy 20 minutes away where there are quaint shops, large food stores, restaurants (including a Timmies), service stations, pharmacy and health care at the local hospital if needed.
