The cozy main cottage has an open concept living room, dining room and kitchen
with some attractive custom made furniture and antiques in a traditional cottage setting. The living room includes an over stuffed sofa and love seat as well as a television with satellite dish reception and a delightful view of Outlet Bay of Drag Lake |

The kitchen comes equipped with a fridge, stove, microwave, toaster, toaster oven, blender and coffee maker. The dining area features a custom built dining table to seat 6 in comfort. |

There are two bedrooms in the main cottage to sleep four in two beautiful queen size beds. In addition there is a full 4 piece bath for your convenience. |
The Guest House |

The Guest House is more rustic than the main cottage but most functional all the same with a sofa and a television with satellite reception in the living room area. |

The kitchen comes equipped with a fridge, stove, microwave, toaster and coffee maker. Just off the kitchen there is a dining area with a good size table with seating for six. |

There are 2 bedrooms in the guest house and both have bunk beds with a double bottom and single top for a total sleeping space for six. In addition there is a modern 3 piece bathroom with shower for your convenience. |

What makes this cottage / guest house so interesting is that they are both completely self contained which includes docks, decks, propane barbeques, comfortable seating outside and the same great view of Outlet Bay. The cottages sit slightly above the lake with well constructed stairs which are easy to navigate to the shoreline. At the main cottage there is a rather extensive dock and furnished shore deck for your lounging enjoyment. There is a gradual entry into the water with a soft bottom and we wish to note that the shoreline is not really for very young children. The best swimming is off the dock and there is a canoe and paddleboat for your on water enjoyment. This cottage is situated on Outlet Bay of Drag Lake which is a large lake and one of the great lakes in Haliburton County. The cottage is within 10 minutes of Haliburton Village which makes it ideal for students attending the Haliburton School of Art. The Village also features large food stores, restaurants, quaint shops, LCBO, beer store, theatre, live entertainment, pharmacies, clinics and medical assistance at the Haliburton Hospital. If golf is your passion, there are several courses to test your skill in the area surrounding the village.
