The spacious kitchen has everything you will need for a fine vacation including a fridge, stove, microwave,toaster, blender, coffee maker, dishwasher and there is a washer / dryer in the lower level of the cottage. |

| This cottage has 3 bedrooms including the master with a queen size bed, bedroom 2 with a double bed and bedroom 3 with a double and a set of bunk beds with a double bottom and single top. In addition there are 2 full four piece bathrooms for your convenience. In the lower level there is a laundry area for all your laundry needs. |

In the upper loft area there is a dandy games area with billiard table, exercise equipment and plenty of place to sit. We predict that this will become a favorite room in the cottage in the evenings and during inclement weather. |

In the lower level there is an unfinished area with sofa, love seat and chair with another television and wood burning stove. This is an area that the kids could call their own. |

This acre size cottage property is situated on a quiet bay of beautiful Drag Lake which is one of the larger lakes in the Haliburton Highlands which certainly provides much water to explore. As you exit the main level of the cottage you find a large well furnished deck with table and umbrella, chairs, loungers and a propane barbeque for family Chef Dog and Burger who also does a pretty good job on a steak. There is a good size grassed in play area at the rear of the cottage and beyond the grass, the owners of the cottage have left the property in it's natural state for the abundance of wild life in the area. You cannot see the neighbors on either side so your privacy is assured. As you make your way to the natural shoreline, you will find a really nicely furnished and covered shore deck for your lounging pleasure, surrounded by the natural beauty of The Highlands. Beyond this area there is a dock and swimming is best off the end of the dock and there is a dock ladder for easy exit from the water. The closest town is the Village of Haliburton where there are quaint shops, restaurants, large food stores, health care, pharmacies and even a hospital if needed and there are always special events ongoing such as fairs, flea markets, parades, live theatre, etc., etc. So if you are in the market for a fine cottage for a group of 8, this may be the one.
