| The cottage has 3 bedrooms with a queen, a double and a set of bunks with a double bottom and twin size top. There is a television with a VCR / DVD and satellite dish in 2 bedrooms for your viewing pleasure. In addition there is a bathroom with a stand up shower for your convenience. |

| The screened in porch doubles
as a dining area with a table and 4 chairs. And there is a propane barbeque just outside the front door. If you need more eating area there are several folding TV tables. |

There is nothing more beautiful than the Haliburton Highlands in the summer and Drag Lake is one of the more desirable lakes of the 600 lakes in the Haliburton Highlands. As you exit the cottage and make your way to the shore, you will pass a nice fire pit for those popular evening marshmallow roasts. There is also badminton and kids volleyball available. At the shore there is a very gradual entry off your beach and sandy bottom shoreline. This is also where you will find your canoe for your on water pleasure. This cottage property is absolutely flat making it ideal for seniors and people with mobility issues. You will also enjoy the hammocks down by the shore. This cottage is about 15 minutes from the Village of Haliburton where there are quaint shops, restaurants, theatre, pharmacies, large food stores, live theatre, LCBO, beer store, health care and even a hospital if needed. If you are a mature student attending the Haliburton School Of Art, this cottage is most appropriate seeing that you are within a 15 minute drive of all campuses. If golf is your passion, there are several golf courses nearby to test your skill. In addition there is always something going on in the village including, street vendors, flee markets, Rotary Carnival, festivals, County Fairs and even the Highland Games in July.
