Situated just east of the Village of Haliburton, you will be able to drive to this beauty in no time from the Village. Drag Lake is a large lake and part of a 2 lake chain with Spruce Lake. Drag Lake is a very pretty lake indeed and great for swimming, boating, water skiing and tubing. This cottage features the creature comforts that you would expect in a cottage of this calibre such as a super, large screened in porch on the lake side of the cottage. Guaranteed you will be spending a lot of your leisure time on this porch which has very comfortable furnishings, a real nice propane barbecue for the executive family chef, a large picnic table, a set of 3 wicker chairs and love seat, a serious lounger for those afternoon naps and the whole porch is surrounded by trees providing your absolute privacy. There is an extensive dock with ladder which is where you will find your kayaks and paddle boat for your on water pleasure. If golf is your passion, there are several fine courses to test your skill in the Highlands. If you are in need of supplies, the Village of Haliburton has everything you will need including large food stores, quaint shops, restaurants, pharmacies, live entertainment, service stations, hardware, banking and even quality health care at our local Haliburton Hospital. Don't forget your fishing gear because Drag Lake has some good fishing for smallmouth bass and lake trout and Drag is but one of 600 lakes in the Haliburton Highlands.
