Every once in a while, a superb cottage is built on a beautiful property. This combination has come to WRD Cottage Rental in the form of a three
bedroom cottage on beautiful Outlet Bay on Drag Lake.



The comfortable sunken living room comes with 2 sofas, several chairs, a wood burning stove,
TV, satellite dish and a commanding view of this beautiful property.


The neat compact kitchen comes with a fridge, stove, microwave, toaster, blender, coffee maker and the ever popular dishwasher. Near the kitchen there is a
washer / dryer for all your laundry needs.


Next to the kitchen there is a spacious separate dining room, incredibly decorated
with a large harvest table with seating for six. In addition, the wall hangings,
art and decor is outstanding.


There are 3 bedrooms in this cottage, all with queen size beds and the master and bedroom two
have their own separate balconies, perfect for that early morning coffee or late
evening cocktail. In addition there is a full four piece bathroom for your convenience.
Tis bathroom is being renovated and a decision will be made in the future as to whether
this will be a 3 piece or full four piece by summer.

Outdoors

This is one of our best properties from a pure beauty and view perspective and has as well as
an bundance of privacy. The property slopes gently towards the lake and the front yard is
absolutely flat making it ideal for those popular lawn games. At the shoreline there
is a great furnished shore deck and dock where you will find your row boat,
canoe and paddleboat. In addition there is a swim raft anchored off shore
for those set on getting the perfect tan. The fire pit is set on it's own
point of land and ready for those evening marshmallow roasts
which are so popular with the kids. The propane barbeque
is on a deck at the front door as well as a picnic table for
the Chef de Berger and Dogs. The front yard also
has a horseshoe pit when the spirit moves
you and don't forget your fishing gear because
there are trout, bass, and whitefish which will provide
a challenge for the Chef of the Day. This cottage is located
on Outlet Bay on Drag Lake which is a large lake situated only 10
minutes from Haliburton Village where you will find many restaurants,
shops, large food stores, pharmacy, bars, LCBO, beer store, live entertainment
and medical facilities if needed. There are also several golf courses in the surrounding
