Needless to say, this magnificent cottage and 7 acre property is not for everyone, 
but if you are into privacy, seclusion, nature, country comfort, kicking back,
vegging out, this cottage is what dreams are made of.

If you are of a creative ilk, load up the car, pack your easel,
canvas and paint, buy film for the Nikon or  Hasselblad, 
and head for Eagle Lake Village.

The living room features beautiful overstuffed sofa and chairs, TV/VCR,
stereo system with cassette and CD player and a propane fireplace.

plenty of elbow room for six people,

Each of the 3 bedrooms has a queen size bed for your sleeping enjoyment.  
There are 2 bathrooms for your convenience with the ensuite bathroom
off the master loft bedroom having a Jacuzzi tub.
There is also a washer / dryer for your laundering convenience.

In addition to the above and not pictured here is a furnished rec room with
sofa, chairs, foosball, billiard table and air hockey game.

Outside enjoy the expansive child safe deck where you will find table,
chairs and your propane barbeque.

Even though there is an old fashioned swimming hole for experienced swimmers,
the cottage is within a 3 minute drive of Eagle Lake
where there is a public beach for your use.

Within minutes of the cottage, there are tubing tours down the Gull River
which snakes it's way through the entire County of Haliburton.
