The kitchen comes fully equipped with a fridge, stove, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker and dishwasher and there is a washer / dryer elsewhere in the cottage In addition there is a large harvest table to seat six in comfort as well as a couple of stools to sit at the kitchen counter. |

The master bedroom is special indeed with a queen size bed, quality bedside tables and lamps as well as a large stone fireplace. There is of course an en suite four piece bathroom for your convenience. There is also an exit from the master bedroom to the deck. |

| There are 4 additional bedrooms in the cottage with either queen size beds or twin size. There is an additional bathroom for your convenience with a stand up shower as well as a washer / dryer for all your laundry needs. |

This cottage is situated in a prestigious community on Eagle Lake and only a 5 minute drive from Eagle Lake Village where there is a dandy country store for all your supplies. The cottage exterior features a full width deck with comfortable seating, table , chairs and a propane barbeque for Chef Frying Eagle. This property is Senior friendly with a nice flat property from the cottage to the shore. The property is well treed and there is a fire pit down by the lake which is popular for those evening marshmallow roasts. There is a good size dock with a good ladder for your swimming enjoyment and there is a canoe and paddleboat for your on water pleasure. At the other end of the shoreline is where you will find a small beach for the young ones with a gradual entry and sandy soft bottom. If you are looking for more substantial shopping than the country store in Eagle Lake Village, the cottage is only a 20 minute drive to Haliburton Village where there are large food stores, quaint shops, restaurants, live entertainment, live theatre, movie theatre, pharmacies, LCBO, beer store and a Hospital and clinic for all your health care needs. Going north from the cottage, the Haliburton Forest is only a 1/2 hour away where there is the Walk In The Clouds and the Wolf Centre. If you are thinking about day tripping, Algonquin Park is the perfect way to spend a day in the largest Provincial Park in Ontario. And if golf is your passion, there are several fine courses to test your skill and don't forget to pack your fishing gear because there are bass and trout just waiting for a tasty worm in the shimmering waters of Eagle Lake.
