and a wood burning stone fireplace. |

The well equipped kitchen includes a fridge, stove, microwave, toaster, blender, coffee maker,
clothes washer and the ever popular dishwasher. Just off the kitchen there is a dining area with good size dining table with seating for eight. |

The cottage has 3 bedrooms on the main floor with two queen size beds and a double bottom / single top bunk bed and a portable air bed if needed. There is sleeping for 2 more on a portable queen size air bed in the living room or screened porch which would suit a couple of kids nicely. In addition there is a full four piece bath for your convenience. |

Outside

As nice as this cottage is on the inside, the outside is spectacular to say the least. This 2 acre property is relatively flat and as you exit the cottage there is a large deck for your lounging pleasure. The decking is on two levels and from the upper deck area, there is a good view of the shoreline as the children play in full view from this vantage point. In addition there is a secondary deck with table chairs and umbrella if you wish to eat outside. Surrounding the cottage there are large grassed in areas for lawn games and there is a volleyball / badminton net and croquette for your enjoyment. Now that you are tired out from all this activity, stretch out on the hammock as you look out over Golden Lake. And of course there is a dandy fire pit for those evening marshmallow roasts and sing-a-longs the family enjoys so much and a propane barbeque for the Chef on Golden Pond. What really makes this cottage so exciting is the beach area with plenty of sand on shore, a child safe gradual entry with sandy bottom and no less than 3 different boats for your on water enjoyment. Please note that there is no dock so if you are bringing your own boat, you will need to bring it to shore as far as you can and tie it off because the shoreline is so gradual. There are several towns nearby for supplies and if you are looking for a nifty day trip, Algonquin Park is an easy drive for an afternoon.
