On the lower level there is a very nicely furnished recreation room with TV/ DVD with
satellite dish,a card table plus a another propane stove for your enjoyment.
In addition, in a room beside the garage, there is a second small rec. room
with a Foozball game, air hockey game, a card table and a secondary beer fridge.

Outside

Off the middle level of the cottage is a walkout to a full width furnished deck with
table, chairs and a propane barbeque for the Chef de Cottage Country.
This cottage is on a sloped property but from the cottage to the
shoreline there is a large, relatively flat grassed in play area
with a volleyball / badminton court for your recreational
pleasure. Beyond this court, there is a new dock
with a canoe, paddleboat and a small
beach area with a gradual entry
for the youngsters.

This cottage is within 5 minutes of the Village of Wilberforce where there
is banking, an IGA food store, an LCBO, a few shops and gas station.
Haliburton Village is about a half hour from the cottage.
