That smooth river rock motif continues on into the kitchen with a large island food prep and sink area with comfortable stools, a fridge, stove, microwave, toaster oven, toaster, blender, coffee maker, dishwasher and a washer / dryer in the lower level. Just off the kitchen is where you will find the dining area with seating for eight. |

| There are 4 bedrooms in the cottage with a king size bed, a queen size, a double and in the fourth bedroom there is a double futon if needed. In addition there are two 4 piece bathrooms with one tub being a jacuzzi. |

| The lower level rec room includes a couple of sofas, a rather comfortable barber's chair and yet another flat screen television with satellite reception and a video library. |

| In addition, outside there is a separate screened in cabana which houses one of the nicest sunrooms we have seen with small trees, several ultra comfortable loungers and a solid wood sofa for your lounging pleasure. This could very well become the favorite evening venue for your family during your vacation. On the cabana deck there is a small table with 2 chairs, just perfect for that late evening cocktail or early morning coffee. |

Outside

Outside the cottage there are a number of furnished decks leading to the dock and shoreline. The decks include tables, chairs and a propane barbeque for the family Chef de Grace. The shoreline has a nice child safe gradual entry and sandy bottom for your swimming pleasure. There is an extensive dock where you will find your row boat, canoe and paddleboat. There is a ladder off the dock for ease of entry and exit as well as a floating swim raft for the sun worshipers in the family. Elsewhere on the property there is a horseshoe pit as well as a tire swing for the pleasure of the kids. Grace Lake is a decent size lake, about 3 kilometers long with trout and bass for your fishing pleasure so don't forget your fishing gear. This cottage is also conveniently located only 5 minutes from supplies in the Village of Wilberforce where there is a large food store, restaurant, banking, convenience store and service station. If you are looking for more substantial shopping, the Village of Haliburton is only a half hour drive where there are quaint shops, restaurants, pharmacies, large food stores, live entertainment, several golf courses and health care at the Haliburton Hospital if needed.
