The living room comes furnished with a large sectional sofa, a couple of chairs, a piano for the
musically inclined, a television with VCR / DVD and satellite dish and a wood burning stove which is there for decoration only. In addition there is a twin size bed in the living room if needed. |

The kitchen comes equipped with a fridge, stove, microwave, toaster, blender and coffee maker. Just off the kitchen there is a spacious dining room with a large harvest table to seat 8 in comfort. There are also lots of board games to play in the dining room if you wish |

| This cottage has 2 bedrooms with a double size bed and 4 twin size including the bed in the living room if needed, In addition there is a full 4 piece bath with claw tub and shower for your convenience. |

Outside

This cottage is situated on a small quiet bay of beautiful Gull Lake. As you exit the cottage there is a long, child safe, wrap around deck with several Muskoka chairs and loungers not pictured below. In addition there is a charcoal barbeque for the family chef. Just off the deck there is a patio with picnic table and more loungers. Down at the waterfront there is a barrel fire pit for those popular evening marshmallow roasts. There is a small beach in this area as well and as you can see below, there is a very gradual entry and sandy bottom for the kids to play in. There is also a parallel dock attached to the boat house and this is where you will find your canoe, paddleboat and rowboat for your on water pleasure and there is a swim platform moored just off shore for that perfect tan. This cottage is about 20 minutes from Minden where there are major food stores, restaurants, service stations, quaint shops, theatre, banking, pharmacy, LCBO, beer store and there is the Minden Hospital for health care if needed.
