Outside

Now that you have fallen in love with the inside of this incredible cottage, let's head out on a tour of the great outdoors. This cottage is built on a rise above the lake so there are several places on the property where the view is breathtaking and it starts right on the deck as you exit the cottage. The deck is very well furnished with several chairs, a table with umbrella and a very nice barbeque for the fresh air chef of the family. This property could have had many, many stairs to the lake but luckily the initial owner decided to have a serpentine path to the lake with only a few stairs to navigate. On the way to the shore, we guarantee that you will stop several times along the way to marvel at the view. As you make your way along the path, you will pass two places where you can enjoy a small fire in a fire pit in the evening as the sun goes down. When you arrive at the shore, there will be a shore deck for your lounging pleasure as well as a boat dock where you will find your canoe and kayak (this rental does not include the power boat pictured below). Near the cottage you will see another path to your hot tub surrounded by forest. This whole holiday package is so perfect, you may wish to come back year after year. During your vacation you may be in need of some supplies and the Village of Minden is only 10 minutes away where there are large food stores, quaint shops, service stations, an LCBO, beer store, pharmacy, restaurants, live entertainment and health care if needed at the local Minden Hospital.
