The gourmet kitchen has every amenity possible in a kitchen and just off the kitchen there is a spacious dining area with a harvest table which seats 8 and there are 2 stools at the kitchen bar for 2 more people. In addition there are two exits off the dining area to the deck outside. |

| The master bedroom is simply superb with a queen size bed, a lounge chair, your own stone fireplace, another television as well as a private exit to the expansive deck outside your room. In addition there is an en suite bathroom for your convenience. |

All of the bedrooms are spacious including bedroom 2 with a queen size bed, bedroom 3 with 2 single beds, Bedroom 4 with with a queen size bed and bedroom 5 with another queen size as well as a set of single bunks. The cottage has two more bathrooms of which one has a Jacuzzi Tub and the other has a sauna and stand up shower for your convenience. Can it get any better than this? |

Outside of this cottage is rather special as well with a large furnished wrap around deck off the upper level with a couple of tables with umbrellas, several lounge chairs and a propane barbeque for the Executive Chef of the family. Take the stairs from this deck to a ground level deck with many more lounge chairs. This is a circular deck making it perfect for conversation and interaction with your guests. The feature of the outside of this cottage is the rather unique solid smooth rock which extends from the decking to the water. This rock continues into the water forming a gradual entry for swimming. In addition there is an "L" shaped dock. The property is primarily covered with fir trees which makes for a very picturesque setting. For those of you who are not familiar with the Haliburton Highlands, Gull Lake is home to lake trout and bass and is one of the larger lakes in the Highlands (10 km long) and situated towards the southern end of the county making for easy access when traveling from Toronto or southern Ontario. The nearest town is the Village of Minden which is about 20 minutes away and where there are large food stores, quaint shops, pharmacy, banking, restaurants, LCBO, beer store, health care and a hospital if needed.
