The main living room is on the upper level and includes a large sectional sofa, 2 easy chairs, a television with DVD and satellite reception and a couple of tables with chairs for a casual coffee or informal dining. |

| The bedrooms are a delight in their simplicity and clean lines. The master bedroom has a queen size bed as well as a walkout to the deck over looking the serene waters of Halls Lake. The other 3 bedrooms have a queen size bed, 2 doubles and a set of single bunks. This cottage also has 3 superb bathrooms for your convenience. |

Outside

As you exit the cottage off he main upper level, there is a well furnished deck with table, chairs, a propane barbeque and a delightful view of Halls Lake. In front of the cottage there is a Chiminea for use as your fire pit. There is a very quiet country road between the cottage and the shore and at the shore you will find your dock and shore deck where your row boat will be moored. The shoreline is rocky so swimming is best off the dock. This really beautiful cottage is situated on Halls Lake and about a kilometer off Hwy 35 which is the main North / South corridor through the Haliburton Highlands and beyond making it a great place to travel from to Algonquin Park which is the largest Provincial Park in the province. Halls Lake is a popular lake for families because the lake is a round shape so parents can see their children in boats on the water at all times. Halls Lake is inhibited by the Haliburton Strain of lake trout as well as small mouth bass so don't forget your fishing gear. As always, Haliburton County encourages a catch and release approach to angling on the 600 lakes in The Highlands. And if golf is your game, there are several fine golf courses in the county. When you are in need of supplies, you are about 20 minutes from Minden and a 1/2 hour from the Village of Haliburton. Both these villages have large food stores, quaint shops, restaurants, service stations, live entertainment, LCBO, beer stores and health care is readily available in various clinics as well as a hospital in both villages.
