well if the spirit moves you. The kitchen also comes equipped with a fridge, microwave, toaster, blender and coffee maker. |

the cottage has 3 bedrooms which sleep 7 people in 2 doubles and
a
set of bunks
with a single on top and a double on the bottom.
There is also a full 4 piece bath for your convenience. |

Outside |
Outside, the cottage property is superb with stately pine trees surrounded by level lawns. There is a full width deck at the cottage with table, chairs and propane barbeque for the Chef de Peace and Quiet. Around the cottage there are flat grassed in play areas, great for lawn games and playing ball or soccer. As the picture below indicates, the shoreline is great for kids with gradual sandy/soft bottom and great swimming off the shore and diving off the dock for kids and adults. Wiggle your toes in the sand because there is no mushy bottom or weeds at this cottage. The good size dock comes with a row boat and canoe for your fishing and paddling pleasure. This superb property is conveniently located between Bancroft and Haliburton Village as well as a short 10 minute drive from Wilberforce where there is an IGA Food Store, an LCBO, shops, gas station, video rental and much more. In addition there are a couple of fine restaurants close to the cottage and golf is only minutes away.
