There is even a piano for the musician of the family. |

The kitchen comes equipped with a new stainless steel fridge and stove (not pictured above), microwave, toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher and contemporary china and utensils for Mom. Just off the kitchen there is a dining area with a harvest table and seating for 8 in comfort. The unobstructed lake view from the dining room is outstanding. |

The cottage includes 3 bedrooms with a queen size bed in the master, 2 twins in bedroom 2 and a set of bunks with a queen bottom and a twin top in the third bedroom. The master bedroom also features and a newly renovated en suite bathroom for your convenience. In addition, there is an another 3 piece bathroom and separate shower. |

This cottage and property is simply outstanding. At the rear of the cottage there is a spacious stone patio with a picnic table and a propane barbeque for the executive chef of the family. Outdoor lighting and sound system will add to your enjoyment.
The property has an incline to the shore which is perfect for tobogganing right on the property. If you are in need of supplies, the Villages of Haliburton and Minden are both less than 15 minutes away where there are large food stores, service stations, beer store, LCBO, restaurants, pharmacies, live entertainment, banking, healthcare at two local hospitals and so much more.
