little Village of Ingoldsby!!!

This is one of the most spacious cottages in our system. If yours is a group of 12 or less,
the cottage will not only provide the elbow room but it also has the extras
to keep everyone fit and busy for the entire vacation.
Please note: This cottage is across the
road from the lake.

The living room comes complete with comfortable sofas, wood burning
stone fireplace and a 52" TV with Satellite Dish, VCR and
DVD Player and small video and DVD library.


The kitchen comes with fridge, stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and the
ever popular dishwasher and washer / dryer. Just off the kitchen there is a
big new harvest table to seat 10 in comfort.



The cottage has 5 bedrooms with 2 queen size beds and
3 sets of bunks with a double bottom and a single top on the main level
and there are 2 bedrooms in the lower level with 2 sets of single bunks in each bedroom.
There is an additional TV/VCR for use in the bedrooms as needed.
There are 2 washrooms, a full 4 piece and a 2 piece ensuite off the master.

And if the weather is not cooperating, you can exercise in the lower level where there is a rowing machine and exercise bike for the adults and foosball and air hockey for the kids. In addition there are 2 bedrooms in the lower level.


Outside

Outside is fantastic. There is a large flat lawn out front between the cottage and a cottage road.
Across the road there is a brand new shore deck and dock with plenty of place to sit for
one and all. Lake Kashagawigamog is part of the famous 5 lake chain of Haliburton
County so there is plenty of water to explore while on your vacation. The cottage
is strategically located between Haliburton Village and Minden making
it perfect for students of the Haliburton School of Fine Arts.
There are 4 golf courses within 15 minutes of the
cottage and a golf driving range just minutes
away. And if you stay on the property, there is a full size
volleyball / badminton net to keep you fit during your vacation.
At the dock there is a canoe and paddleboat but if you are looking
for a more substantial watercraft, there is a marina across the lake from
the cottage with boats for rent. The shoreline is rocky with shallow waters
but the entry is gradual with a sandy bottom and as the summer progresses a
small beach appears to the right of the dock. Needless to say, there is good swimming
off dock. And don't forget your fishing gear because there are plenty of fish in the 5 lake chain to
test your angling skills.There is a brand new deck at the cottage with a picnic table and screened dining tent to keep the pesky critters away. In addition there is a propane barbeque for the Chef de Summer Winds and there is a fire pit for those evening marshmallow roasts. So the bottom line is that this cottage is good value for your money and just about perfect for the family who has worked hard
all year for a vacation at a delightful cottage.
