This is one of the most spacious cottages in our system. If yours is a group of 12 or less, the cottage will not only provide the elbow room but it also has the extras to keep everyone fit and busy for the entire vacation. Please note: This cottage is across the road from the lake. |

The living room comes complete with comfortable sofas, wood burning stone fireplace and a 52" TV with Satellite Dish, VCR and DVD Player and small video and DVD library. |

The kitchen comes with fridge, stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and the ever popular dishwasher and washer / dryer. Just off the kitchen there is a big new harvest table to seat 10 in comfort. |

The cottage has 3 bedrooms with 2 queen size beds and 2 sets of bunks with a double bottom and a single top and a futon. There is an additional TV/VCR for use in the bedrooms as needed. There are 2 washrooms, a full 4 piece and a 2 piece ensuite off the master. |

| And if the weather is not cooperating, you can exercise in the lower level where there is a rowing machine and exercise bike for the adults and ball hockey, foosball and air hockey for the kids. |

Lake Kashagawigamog is part of the famous 5 lake chain of Haliburton County so there is plenty of frozen lake to snowmobile while on your vacation. The cottage is strategically located between Haliburton Village and Minden making it perfect for all winter activities. This cottage comes with propane barbeque and needless to say is perfect for the family who have worked hard all year for a vacation at a delightful cottage and who are into winter sports and activities. This cottage is within minutes of snowmobile trails and cross country ski trails and Sir Sam's Ski Area is only a half hour from the cottage. |
