this cottage is just about perfect with a nice view, neat groomed property, near a marina, best golf in the county is 5 minutes away, on the famous 5 lake chain of Haliburton County and ready for your executive family. This cottage has a lot going for it including a row boat, paddle boat, 2 kayaks and 2 paddle boards. There is also a lovely dock, stairs into the water with a sandy bottom and a nice fire pit. The cottage also has video games and a video library, streaming smart T.V. and a barbecue. If you are in need of supplies, the villages of Haliburton and Minden are close by with large food stores, quaint shops, restaurants, pharmacies, live entertainment, service stations, banking, LCBO, beer store and much more.
