a billiard table. The lower level kitchen has a fridge, stove and a dining area off the kitchen.

The outside is phenomenal with 2 furnished decks, 2 acres of property, propane barbeque,
a gradual entry flat, smooth rock shoreline and a post card view. The cottage has a dock
for your use and that is where you will find your canoe, row boat and paddleboat.
There is even a fire pit at the shore for those evening
marshmallow roasts the kids love so much.

This newly built listing is within a short drive of the Haliburton Forest and Kennisis Lake is part of a 2 lake chain with Little Kennisis. There is a marina on Kennisis for all your boating
