The cottage has 3 bedrooms with sleeping for 9 people. There is a queen size bed,
a set of bunks with a double bottom and a single top and a third bedroom with 2 trundle beds
to sleep 2 more adults and 2 children on the trundles. There are 2 bathrooms with the main
bathroom with soaker tub having an entrance off the master bedroom.
The second bathroom is a 3 piece with stand up shower.

Outside

This is a very nice large property with absolute privacy and a glorious view of
Kennisis Lake. Not quite outside there is a large screened in furnished
porch on the far left hand side of the cottage pictured below, the
perfect place for the morning coffee or late evening liquor.
This property is actually a point of land with over 600
feet of shoreline. There is a small dock, swim raft
and row boat, 3 kayaks and 2 canoes for your
on water enjoyment. This cottage is near the mouth
of a very picturesque river/stream which is the reason
for all the watercraft. The shoreline is rocky but there is a
gradual entry beach area in late July for your children's pleasure.
This cottage is also within 15 minutes of the Haliburton Forest where there
are an abundance of summer activities and attractions.
