cottage has 3 bedrooms with sleeping for 9 people. There is a queen
size bed,
a set of bunks with a double bottom and a single top and a third bedroom with 2 trundle beds to sleep 2 more adults and 2 children on the trundles. There are 2 bathrooms with the main bathroom with soaker tub having an entrance off the master bedroom. The second bathroom is a 3 piece with stand up shower. |

The screened in furnished porch is a delight with glass table, chairs and a wonderful view of the property and the perfect place for that morning coffee or late evening cocktail. |

| In the lower level, there is a furnished but unfinished basement which the kids would enjoy and call their own with a television, easy chairs and even a double bed if one of the kids wants to set up residence. In addition, as you can see, there is an extensive video library for your viewing pleasure. |

Outside

The outside just doesn't get much better than this property on a double
lot with absolute privacy and a glorious view of Kennisis Lake. The following pictures were taken in late June / 09. This property is actually a point of land with over 600 feet of shoreline. There is a large dock and shore deck, swim raft and row boat, 3 kayaks and 2 canoes for your on water enjoyment. This cottage is near the mouth of a very picturesque river / stream which is the reason for all the watercraft. The shoreline is rocky but there is a beautiful gradual entry beach area in late July for your children's pleasure. There is a new fire pit with a safe outdoor stove and the grounds surrounding the cottage are second to none. This cottage is also within 15 minutes of the Haliburton Forest where there are an abundance of summer activities and attractions. The nearest village is West Guilford which is about 15 minutes away where there is a good country store with an LCBO and beer store. If you are looking for more substantial shopping, West Guilford is only 10 minutes from Haliburton Village where there are large food stores, service stations, quaint shops, pharmacies, live theatre, restaurants, coffee shops, hardwares, health care and a hospital if needed. If golf is your passion, there are several fine courses within the Haliburton Highlands.
