This is a great kitchen equipped with all you will need for a great vacation including a stove, fridge, microwave, toaster, blender, coffee maker and dishwasher. There are several places to eat
within the accommodation and the seating adds up to over 10 in the various areas.

The outside actually starts inside with a delightful screened in sun room for that critter free environment when the sun goes down. This is also the ideal venue for a small group at breakfast time
or that late evening cocktail.

Outside

As you exit the cottage there is a full width spacious deck with plenty of chairs and a propane barbeque for the Executive family chef with the singed apron. If your children look forward to a beach during
their summer family vacation, this cottage property will seem like heaven on earth. The sand
extends from the cottage to the shoreline which features a child safe gradual entry and
sandy bottom. There is a paddleboat and canoe
and if you wish to rent something a little more substantial, there is a marina
on Kennisis lake for all your boating needs. Kennisis Lake is part of a
2 lake chain with Little Kennisis and this cottage is near the
Haliburton Forest and Wildlife Centre where there
are always activities and things to see going
on. The nearest village is West Guilford and if you are looking
for more substantial shopping, Haliburton Village is another
10 km where you will find many more shops, large food
stores, beer store, LCBO, bars, live entertainment,
medical assistance and the village is the centre
for golf in The Highlands. So jump on the
bandwagon and join the fun in
the Haliburton Highlands.
