| The kitchen is outstanding and is equipped with everything you will need for a great vacation including a fridge, stove, microwave, toaster, blender, coffee maker, dishwasher and a washer dryer. The dining room is just off the kitchen and has comfortable seating for six at a great harvest table. In addition there are 4 stools at the island bar in the kitchen. |

The main cottage has 2 bedrooms to sleep 4 in comfort with a queen size bed in the master bedroom and a double in bedroom 2. In addition there is a very nicely decorated bunkie with 2 sets of single bunks and a small sitting area. The bunkie is within 20 feet of the front door of the cottage. There is a full 4 piece bathroom in the cottage for your convenience. |

| The sun room is bright and inviting with a sofa and 2 chairs and one of the great views from any cottage in the Highlands. The windows are glassed in and screened and there is an exit to the deck from this sun room. |

| This cottage property is outstanding with groomed gardens, several lounge areas and one of the fine views in Haliburton County. There is a huge protected, child safe deck with lounge chairs and a propane barbeque for the family Executive Chef. The swimming is superb due to the extensive sandy bottom and there is a small beach area with a gradual entry for the kids. In addition there is a good size dock which is where you will find your own row boat and canoe for your on water pleasure. This cottage is situated on Kennisis Lake which is part of a two lake chain with Little Kennisis Lake and Kennisis Lake Marina is nearby for all your boating and watercraft rental needs. The cottage is close to the Haliburton Forest and Wild Life Reserve where there are always things going on in the summer time including a restaurant if you wish to eat out close by. The closest village is West Guilford which is about 15 minutes away and if you are looking for more substantial shopping, the Village of Haliburton is a short 10 minute drive from West Guilford where you will find large food stores, many quaint shops, restaurants, LCBO. beer store, live theatre, service stations, hardware stores, pharmacies and a hospital if needed. There are bass and lake trout in Kennisis Lake so don't forget your fishing gear. If golf is your passion, there are several golf courses in the Highlands to test your skill.
