  Great Things Happen At The End Of A Road
And This Spectacular Cottage Is At The End Of The Road 
On Beautiful Kennisis Lake.



It all starts with the Great Room in the main cottage and great it is complete with large stone fireplace, sectional sofas, 50 inch TV / VCR and a table for reading
or playing cards  and with a view that is staggering.

In the lower level there is a full size rec room area with sofa and chairs as well as another stone fireplace. In addition, there is a  large size billiard table
for your recreational pleasure.


Kennisis 6 kitchen to dining area

The open concept main floor includes a gourmet kitchen which we think you will want to take home when you leave. The kitchen includes just about everything you
would expect in a gourmet kitchen. Off the kitchen there is a large harvest
table which can seat 10 in comfort. Once again this dining area
faces the peace and tranquility of Kennisis Lake.



The cottage sleeps 8 to10 in comfort in various sized beds from a king to a queen, a double, 2 twins and a set of double bunks.  There is an ensuite 4 piece bathroom with jacuzzi
off the master bedroom, another 4 piece bathroom off another bedroom and
there are an additional 2 bathrooms for your convenience.

And for your laundering convenience there is a separate
laundry room with washer and dryer.


Outside

Outside relax on your wrap around  deck with glassed
in railings as you listen to the wind whistling through the pines.

The shoreline, depending on the time of year ranges from a soft bottom
crystal clear lakefront to a sandy beach in the latter part of summer.

This is a sloped property with reasonably
easy access to the shoreline and extensive docking area.

Kennisis Lake is part of a 2 lake chain with Little Kennisis. For your convenience, there is a marina to service all your boating needs and this cottage is within 10 minutes of the Haliburton Forest where there are all sorts of summer activities.
