On Beautiful Kennisis Lake.

It all starts with the Great Room 
in the main cottage and great it is complete
with large stone fireplace, sectional sofas, 50 inch 
TV / VCR and a table for reading or playing cards 
and with a view that is staggering.

The open concept main floor includes 
a gourmet kitchen which we think 
you will want to take home when you leave.
The kitchen includes just about everything
you would expect in a gourmet kitchen.

Off the kitchen there is a large harvest table which can seat 10 in comfort.
Once again this dining area facing the
peace and tranquility of Kennisis Lake.

In the lower level there is another full size living area with sofa and chairs as well as another stone fireplace.

In addition, there is a  large size billiard table
for your recreational pleasure

The cottage sleeps 8 - 10 in comfort in various sized beds from King to Queen, double and 2 twins
a set of double bottom single top bunks and 2 double futons if needed.  There is an ensuite
4 piece bathroom off one master bedroom with jacuzzi and another
4 piece bathroom off the other master bedroom. 
There are an additional 2 bathrooms for your convenience.

There is also laundry room with washer and dryer for your laundering convenience

Outside relax on your wrap around 
deck with glassed in railings as you listen to the wind whistling through the pines.

The shoreline, depending on the time of year ranges from a sandy bottom crystal clear lakefront to a sandy beach in the latter part of summer.

This is a sloped property with reasonably
easy access to the shoreline and
extensive docking area.

This cottage is just around the corner from The Haliburton Forest and Wolf Centre.
This cottage is also within a matter of minutes of Kennisis Lake Marina
where you can gas up your machine or rent a snowmobile and
only 40 minutes from Sir Sam's Ski Area. On the way to Sir Sam's,
there are groomed cross country ski trails at Moosewood Trails.

Fall and Winter Specials - $1200 for 3 night weekend
$800 for 2 night weekend
