Little Bob Lake 4 sits on a property with a slight incline to the lakefront which offers a very attractive view of the lake from the cottage deck. The deck at the cottage has a table, umbrella and chairs as well as a couple of loungers. In addition there is a propane barbeque for the family chef. As you make your way down to the lake, you will find your outdoor fire pit which are always popular with the kids during the evening marshmallow roasts . This property gets even more exciting when you discover your beach with child safe entry with sandy bottom. There are also 2 canoes. a row boat and a paddleboat for your on water pleasure. In the final analysis, there isn't anything not to like about this cottage property. This cottage is about 15 minutes from the village of Minden where there are quaint shops, large food stores, restaurants, live entertainment, banking, LCBO, beer store, pharmacy and health care at he Minden hospital if needed.
