This is a gourmet kitchen that is so well thought out that you will want to spend your vacation in this room alone. From the pounded copper sink to the microwave almost hidden from view to the stag horn chandelier, you will appreciate the design of this magnificent kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with beautiful cabinetry, an island food prep area, built in chopping block, a ceramic top stove, fridge, microwave, toaster, blender, coffee maker and the ever popular dishwasher. Elsewhere in the cottage there is also a washer / dryer for all your laundry needs. |

The master bedroom suite features a king size bed, a dressing room just off the bedroom and a en suite bathroom with a spacious Jacuzzi tub, tiled stand up shower and ceramic vanity. |

Bedroom 2 and 3 on the upper level have a queen size bed and 2 singles and there is another 3 piece bathroom on this level with a soaker tub. In the lower level there are 2 more bedrooms with a single bed in one and a queen size in the other which also includes a crib for your use as well. This lower level has another 3 piece bathroom with a stand up shower with multiple shower nozzles and a seat for your convenience. |

Well yes because there is a rec room on the lower level with a couple of leather sofas and a big screen television with DVD and satellite reception for your viewing and listening pleasure. For your added comfort, the rec room floor is heated if you are at this cottage during the winter. |

As far as winter rentals are concerned, it doesn't get much better than this cottage. For those of you who are not familiar with the area, this cottage is centrally located on Little Boshkung Lake which is part of a 3 lake chain with 12 Mile Lake and Big Boshkung Lake. The ice at the shoreline of this cottage is very thin due to an under ground spring so it is most important that you do not enter the lake trails from this property. There is a marina on this chain so your snowmobile needs are readily available if needed. There are plenty of groomed trails nearby and Sir Sam's Ski Area is an easy 20 minute drive from the cottage. The nearest Village is Carnarvon at the intersection of Hwy 35 and 118 and if you need more substantial shopping, the Villages of Haliburton and Minden are within a 20 minute drive of the cottage. |
