The Living room is a beautiful combination of wood and stone with sofa, chairs,
large stone fireplace
and plenty of elbow room for one and all. There is a TV with DVD and VCR for videos only as there is only one channel available. The owners have left a video library for your use but don't forget to bring your own favorites.

The country kitchen has everything needed including a fridge, stove, microwave, toaster coffee maker
and there is a washer and dryer for all your laundry needs. The dining area is off the end of the living room with ample seating for 6 to 8 in comfort. |
The cottage includes 3 bedrooms to sleep six in 2 queen size beds and a double size. In addition there is a 3 piece bathroom for your convenience. |

Across the full width of this cottage is a sun room with huge plate glass windows facing the lake which becomes such an important room when the weather is inclement or for those cool early and late season mornings and evenings. Alongside the cottage there is a stone patio with table, chairs and a propane barbeque for Chef de Burger. From cottage to shoreline is a well groomed lawn which is perfect for lawn games and a place for the young ones to safely play. There is also equipment needed to play volleyball, badminton and croquette. At the shoreline you will marvel at the beach with child safe gradual entry and sandy bottom as well as a panoramic view of this bay on Little Hawk Lake. There is a small dock on shore and a swimming platform off shore for the sun worshiper in the family. And when the spirit moves you, there is a canoe, row boat, kayak and wind surfer for your use. There is lots of ourdoor seating with 4 Muskoka chairs, 4 lawn chairs and 2 picnic tables.And of course there is a fire pit for those marshmallow roasts in the evening as the sun goes down.
