This cottage has 3 bedrooms with a queen size, a set of twin size bunks, a double / single bunk set, a single couch in the lower level rec room and there is a bunkie with a double futon if privacy is an absolute must. In addition there are two bathrooms of which one is a 4 piece and the other is a three piece for your convenience. |

The lower level rec room comes with a few sofas and another television with DVD, satellite reception and theatre surround sound system as well as a billiard table for your enjoyment. |

Outside
|
The outside is real neat and the owner has done a lot of work on the property and I am sure there is more to come. There is a new wrap around deck with glass panels for that unobstructed view of the property. The deck furniture includes table, many chairs and a gas barbeque for those who like that blackened hamburger look. There is an exit to the property off the lower level and as you make your way to the lakefront, you will pass your bunkie and fire pit for those evening marshmallow roasts and Molson cocktails. At the shoreline there is a rather lengthy dock with row boat, canoe and kayak for your on water pleasure. Swimming is best off the end of the dock but we think you will just enjoy the view from shore. Long Lake is part of a 2 lake chain with Miskwabi Lake so there is plenty of water to explore if you plan to bring your own watercraft. This cottage is within 15 minutes of Haliburton Village where you will find large food stores, shops, pharmacies, LCBO, beer store, restaurants, movie theatre, live theatre, health care and a hospital. If golf is your passion, besides the lady you are with, there are several golf courses in the Haliburton Highlands to test your skill.
