The compact country kitchen comes equipped with a fridge, stove, microwave, toaster and coffee maker as well as the ever popular dishwasher. There is even a washer / dryer for all your laundry needs. The newly renovated sun room doubles as a dining area with a good size dining table with seating for 4 to 6 and there are 3 stools at the pass through window from the kitchen for 3 more if needed. The view from the room is outstanding. |

| There are 2 bedrooms in the cottage with a queen size bed in the master and a double size in the other. There is also a double size sofa bed in the living room if needed. There is a four piece bathroom for your convenience which includes a Jacuzzi for a relaxing time after a hard day on the trails. |

| The bunkie includes 2 sets of bunk beds with a double bottom and a single top. In addition there is a television for your video viewing and the bunkie is heated by space heaters. |

Outside
|
The outside is as pretty as can be. There is a reasonable size deck with a table, chairs, umbrella and a propane barbeque
for the fresh air Chef. As you make your way down to the lake, you will come to a fire pit for those popular evening marshmallow roasts. Next comes the child safe beach with a gradual entry and sandy bottom. At the dock you will find your row boat, canoe and paddleboat for your on water pleasure and don't forget your fishing gear because there are bass and trout in Long Line Lake. In addition if you are interested in a serious tan, there is a floating swim raft moored off shore. If the competitive juices are flowing, try your hand at some badminton or croquette. If you are in need of supplies, the Village of Dorset is only minutes away from the cottage where there are shops, restaurants and Robinson's General Store which was voted Canada's Best Country Store and which is open every day of the year. This area is the cross roads between Haliburton County and Muskoka so there is always something going on. This cottage is ideal for day trips into Algonquin Park or a visit to the town of Huntsville.
