The main cottage has 3 bedrooms with 2 queen size beds and a double for your slumber comfort. In addition there is a most attractive bathroom with a stand up shower and very tasteful decor including yet another mosaic masterpiece of a stylized dragon in the floor. |

This outstanding cottage is located on beautiful Loon Lake which is within 20 minutes of the Village of Haliburton which makes this accommodation very suitable for mature students attending the Haliburton School of Art. As you exit your cottage there is a large furnished deck with a table and 4 chairs as well as a serious stainless steel propane barbeque for the family Chef Extrordinaire. Access to ground level is via a rather unique circular staircase pictured below. This cottage sits on a rise above the lake and the well manicured property includes well constructed steps leading to the shoreline. At the shoreline there is a rather large dock and your own canoe for your on water pleasure. The dock is also large enough to sit on and view the incredible scene beyond this property. In addition there is a ladder off the dock for ease of entrance and exit from the lake. There is a sandy bottom and swimming is best off the dock. The best shopping for supplies is in Haliburton Village where there are quaint shops, large food stores, restaurants, service stations, live entertainment, pharmacies, banking, LCBO, beer store and health care at the clinic attached to the Haliburton Hospital.
